I’m talking about the Grace the bad and the ugly. God’s grace. God’s grace flows from the throne of God out to everyone, whether they’re a child of God or not. Whether they’re bad or ugly or unbelieving sinners.
“He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.” Matthew 5:45
In Matthew 13 Jesus tells the parable about the landowner who told his field crew to let the wheat and the tares grow together, then, at the harvest gather the tares and tie them together and burn them.
But even though God pours out His grace to the world, the Bad and the Ugly (all those without Jesus) are doomed. Although they experience the grace of God at times, if they are non-believers, unrepentant sinners, they can never experience relationship with Him. They are judged guilty before God, their penalty is death and eternal separation from God.
Their sin, unforgiven and unrepentant, prevents them from having access to, or relationship with, God.
Their efforts to pray, or reconcile themselves, or do enough good to get to heaven, or believe all roads lead to heaven, fail. Without accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, without their sins forgiven by the blood of Jesus, they spend eternity forever separated from God in hell.
