A large Eastern show manufacturer bought an island off the coast of Africa. They sent their two top salesmen, Bob and Joe, to the island to open a store and develop shoe business on the island. The day after he arrived Bob texted his boss at the home office. “Leaving tomorrow on the first flight out. This was a mistake. Nobody has shoes here.”
The same day Joe texted his boss at the home office: “Send a whole shipment of shoes to me as soon as you can,” he said.. “Nobody has shoes here.”
Sometimes attitude is everything.
