Life is a choice. We can trust in what we think is best, or we can trust in God.
Go ahead. Step in the water. Move forward.
Every time I read the story of the sons of Israel crossing the Red Sea I marvel that they crossed on dry ground.
Anyone who’s driven in fog knows how difficult and nerve-racking it can be.
Millions of Jews crossed the Red Sea on dry ground. Looking behind them, they saw evidence of the salvation of the Lord. Dead bodies of Egyptian horsemen and horses floating in the water.
There they were. At the water’s edge on the Red Sea. Pharaoh and his soldiers pursued them from the rear. Moses lifted his staff and the walls of water parted, leaving them a path to cross the Red Sea on dry ground.
I allow too many things controlled by my senses to block my vision of God.
